The People’s Kitchen began over 20 years ago, today our continuing work would not be possible without the support of volunteers. Volunteering
is fun, rewarding and challenging. The skills, opinions and experiences of each volunteer are valued. We need people to help in all areas of our organisation.

We have close associations with local schools, universities and businesses. Like our friends our helpers come from a wide range of backgrounds, we all work together to achieve the same goals.

All The People’s Kitchen volunteer applicants must provide us with the name of two referees, who we will contact before you start volunteering.
Training Our volunteers are given a 6 week induction period covering all aspects of helping at The People’s Kitchen.
